SAN FELICE RENTAL ROOMS, Bologna

The apartment is situated on Via San Felice, a busy street lined with supermarkets and bus stops serving various city routes. Central Bologna and the main train station are within comfortable walking distance. A wide selection of restaurants, including Italian, sushi, Indian, and vegetarian options, are located within 300 metres. For airport or train station transfers, using the bus or walking to the station is recommended, as no parking is available. Be aware that traffic noise from the main road can be audible even with windows closed.

This air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment sleeps two on one double bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and tea and coffee maker, though guests have reported that some units may lack certain items like a kettle or microwave. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. A washing machine is provided on the terrace, and there is a flat-screen TV with smart connectivity. The living area is compact but well-organised, with a small balcony or patio. The first-floor room has no lift, and noise from the busy street can be a factor; road-facing windows may let in traffic sounds.

The only leisure space on the property is a furnished terrace where guests can sit outside. For wellness and exercise, Bologna's city centre offers numerous parks and fitness options within walking distance.
