SANTAMARIA FORT LAUDERDALE AIRPORT, Fort Lauderdale

Each spacious double room is air-conditioned with soundproof walls and garden views, including an electric kettle and a dining table. All bathrooms, which are reported as consistently clean, are shared among guests. The property has about nine rooms, with room sizes varying from compact (approximately 8x8 feet) to more spacious configurations. Bed sizes are not uniformly queen; some rooms contain a full-size bed. A shared kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cookware, and electric kettle for basic meal preparation. The original house construction means walls and doors provide limited sound isolation; noise from neighboring rooms and the front door is common. Rooms lack luggage racks and drawers, and some may have no working TV remote or a dead electrical outlet near the bed.

Breakfast is not served at the property, but guests have free use of a well-stocked shared kitchen with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and cookware for preparing their own meals. The kitchen is reported as clean and the owner requests that serious cooking be limited to microwave use. Seven fast-food restaurants, including Wendy's, Subway, and Sbarro Pizza, are located within 1 km of the house for convenient takeaway options.

Guests have access to a well-maintained garden for outdoor relaxation. The surrounding area offers boating activities, though no dedicated wellness facilities such as a pool or gym are present on site. The quiet residential neighborhood supports a peaceful stay.
