Parking is free and available around the building and across the street, though spaces can be tight during peak periods. No airport shuttle is available, so plan for a taxi or rideshare.

The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms, full kitchens, and balconies. One-bedroom units have a king bed plus twin bunk beds in a separate sleeping area, making them suitable for families. Two-bedroom suites feature one king bed and two twin beds, two full bathrooms, and direct ocean views. The living areas include a pull-out sofa and flat-screen TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom(s). Kitchen amenities include cookware, utensils, and a full-size refrigerator. Floors 12 and above have been renovated with modern finishes; lower floors retain a more dated 80s-style decor. Rooms are spacious overall, though some units show wear such as worn carpets and occasional maintenance issues. Air conditioning is available but has a minimum temperature setting of 22 °C; some units have floor-to-ceiling windows that can let in morning heat. The area is generally quiet at night, but road-facing rooms may experience some traffic noise. Coin-operated laundry is available on the 8th and 9th floors for longer stays.
