The hotel offers six categories. Economy singles (17 m²) have a French bed and garden or forest view, with or without balcony. Standard double rooms (20-22 m²) offer a balcony or terrace, seating area, and forest or garden view. Comfort double rooms (22-24 m²) add space, a side Havel view or restaurant terrace view, and the option of twin beds or a king-size double; a handicapped-accessible room can be requested directly in this category. Superior double rooms (20-22 m²) provide a direct lake view, quiet garden location, and balcony or terrace. Family rooms (23-30 m²) sleep 3-5 with a sofa bed. The suite (40 m²) offers a forest view, separate living room, king-size double, large balcony, minibar, coffee set and two televisions. Most beds are firm; separate beds can be arranged in most rooms on request. No air conditioning is available; rooms without climate control can become hot in summer and may feel stuffy. Some rooms have carpeted floors and dated furnishings, and upper-floor rooms can be noisy from foot traffic. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; some bathrooms have heated towel rails. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms.

The daily breakfast buffet (15 € per person) includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit salad, a hot egg option, sausages, and an espresso machine with a variety of loose-leaf teas. It is served from 07:00 to 10:00 in the breakfast room or on the terrace in warm weather. The on-site restaurant operates limited hours; it is closed on certain days (notably Mondays and Tuesdays), and evening service may stop as early as 22:00. The menu features German specialities such as 'Stolzer Heinrich' (sausage in beer gravy) alongside soups, meat, fish, and children's meals; dishes are often presented in glass jars. A bar, coffee house, and vending machines (drinks and snacks) are available, but the bar is not open every evening. Packed lunches can be arranged. No other dining options exist within practical walking distance, so plan evening meals ahead.

The hotel provides a free sauna in the basement, open for guests to unwind after a day out. A complimentary pedal boat is available for exploring the Havel river, and sun loungers and beach chairs are set out on the lawn. Table tennis and a children's playground are on-site, and cycling can be arranged (bicycle storage is available). The surrounding Grunewald forest offers extensive hiking and walking paths, with a lakeside promenade ideal for strolls. Swimming is possible at the adjacent Havelstrand beach, but no hotel swimming pool exists. No spa or wellness centre is on the premises.
