Shinagawa Station is a 12-minute walk or one stop (2 minutes) by train, providing direct Keikyu Line service to Haneda Airport in about 13 minutes and Shinkansen connections to Kyoto and Osaka. Convenience stores, groceries, and drugstores are within a few steps. The area is peaceful at night, ideal for light sleepers, while offering easy access to central Tokyo via the Yamanote Line.

Room choices range from single and twin private rooms (with either a bed or two futons) to dormitory beds and larger quad/triple rooms. All rooms are non-smoking, have air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are shared - there are three shower rooms with spacious changing areas, separate restrooms on each floor, and a women-only bathroom. Free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, towel, tissue, cotton pads) are provided. Private rooms are generally quiet with a street view; dormitory rooms are basic but clean. The property is an older building without an elevator; staff can help carry luggage. Rooms have hanging space for clothes, USB charging docks, and blackout blinds in private rooms.

The guesthouse does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant. A free house blend coffee is offered each morning, and drip bags are available for purchase. The neighbourhood offers a traditional sento (public bath) about 12 minutes away, and staff can provide directions. The quiet area is suitable for walking and exploration of historical sites, temples, and local festivals in Kita-Shinagawa.
