JR Kamata Station is a 5-minute walk from the west exit, providing direct JR train access to Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku without transfers. Haneda Airport is reachable in 20 minutes by train or by bus from the station's opposite side. For Narita Airport, change at JR Nippori Station. After midnight, public transport stops; a taxi from Haneda costs around 4000 yen and takes 20 minutes, or a midnight bus stops near Kamata Station. The area is packed with restaurants, convenience stores (7-Eleven, Life supermarket), and covered shopping arcades. The neighborhood is safe, quiet at night, and feels off the tourist trail, yet offers everything needed for a convenient stay.

Room types include single, double, and twin configurations, all featuring private bathrooms with shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and yukata. Doubles have a smaller combined shower-toilet space; twin rooms offer a separate shower box and more bathroom room, making them preferable for taller guests. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a seating area, safe deposit box, electric kettle, and trouser press. Some rooms have city views; a free upgrade may be available. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping included. Beds are medium-firm with ample pillows. Noise from the nearby fire station can sometimes be heard; windows are not fully soundproofed.
