Interstate 15 is easily accessible, making it a practical base for travellers arriving by car. Ample free on-site parking is available and well-lit, though some vehicles have been reported broken into. A gas station is also nearby.

Room types include double rooms with one queen bed and quadruple rooms with two queen beds. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, some with a bathtub, plus a hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, a stovetop, and a microwave, but no cookware, dishes, or utensils. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a tea and coffee maker, a dining area, and a wardrobe are standard. Windows open about 4 inches for ventilation. Some rooms feature a recliner.
