SIGNATURE ANAHEIM MAINGATE, Anaheim

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Anaheim Resort Area, just 1 km from the Anaheim Convention Center and 2 km from Disney California Adventure Park. A bus stop a 2-minute walk away connects to the Disneyland shuttle area. The Toy Story parking lot (500 m away) offers free shuttles to the parks. John Wayne Airport is 14 km away. Numerous restaurants, including fast food and Mexican options, are within a 5-minute walk. Target is a 10-minute walk. Driving is convenient, but street noise from traffic and the nearby Jack in the Box drive-thru can be noticeable.

Guest rooms offer practical amenities: air conditioning, heating, a cable TV, a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, a tea/coffee maker (Keurig in many), an alarm clock, iron/ironing board, and free toiletries. Private bathrooms include a bath or shower with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Rooms are spacious and some offer a hot tub. There are no rooms with a balcony. Upper-floor rooms are generally quieter; lower-floor rooms can experience noise from the street and adjacent commercial area. Road-facing rooms may have traffic noise, and the thin walls can allow noise from neighboring rooms. A quiet street view is available in some double rooms.

The complimentary breakfast is a simple to-go service with sealed items such as muffins, danishes, fruit, yogurt, granola bars, and juice. It is available daily from 6 AM to 9 AM. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. Several dining options are within walking distance: Joe's Italian Ice, Pho Ha Plus, Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles, a Jack in the Box right next door, and other fast-food restaurants. A Target store is also nearby for groceries and supplies.

The property features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub, both well-maintained and clean. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and a few tables with chairs. The hot tub is a popular spot after a day at the parks. Pool hours are from 7 AM to 11 PM. There is no spa or fitness center on-site.
