A tram stop and taxi stand are close, making car-free access easy.

Accommodation

Spacious, modern apartments with separate living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and soundproofed rooms.

Each apartment has one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchens are fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Parquet floors, soundproof walls, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services are standard. Some units include a patio. The apartments are spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds and good natural light. Road-facing rooms are not an issue thanks to the quiet location.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but surrounded by dining options.

The property does not offer a restaurant, bar, or breakfast. However, the immediate streets host a high concentration of restaurants, trattorias, and cafés - including Hostaria il Desco, Rooster Restaurant, La Bussola, and Trattoria Nella, all within 0.5 km. The reception team provides personal recommendations. A well-equipped kitchen allows self-catering, and nearby grocery shops make it easy to stock up.

No dedicated wellness or leisure facilities on-site, but the location provides access to Florence's cultural attractions.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or leisure area. The historic city centre serves as the leisure offering, with the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and major galleries. An ice-skating rink is also in the surroundings. The apartments themselves are air-conditioned and quiet, providing a comfortable base after exploring.
