The subway is a 2-minute walk, and Canal Street station is also close by, providing quick access to all of Manhattan. LaGuardia Airport is 13 km away, and JFK is about 45 minutes by car without traffic. The area is filled with restaurants and shops, including Black Tap, Lupe's East L.A. Kitchen, and many others within a 5-minute walk. While near the Holland Tunnel entrance, street noise can be noticeable, especially in lower-floor rooms; higher floors are quieter. The location is ideal for walking to SoHo shopping, Greenwich Village, and the World Trade Center.

Accommodations range from double and quadruple rooms to suites, all with private bathrooms featuring walk-in showers or bathtubs. Some rooms offer city views, and a few suites have private balconies.
