SOMERSET SCHOENBRUNN VIENNA, Vienna

The property is in the Meidling district, with the Sonnergasse tram stop at the entrance (line 62 provides quick access to the city centre, main train station, and the Naschmarkt). Schönbrunn Palace and its zoo are within a 25-minute walk. The area offers several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The city centre requires a 20-25 minute tram ride, so the location suits those who prioritise public-transport connectivity over being in the historic core. On-street free parking is available on weekends but limited and time-restricted on weekdays - the paid garage is a more reliable option if driving.

The fitness centre is free to use and contains modern equipment. The indoor children's play area includes slides, a climbing structure, and toys - it is a big draw for families. There is also a separate games room with billiards and table football. The property is near Schönbrunn Gardens, the zoo, and an ice-skating rink, providing outdoor leisure options within walking distance or a short tram ride. The playroom is open during the day but may not be cleaned daily; guests should check its condition before letting very young children play.

The 24-hour front desk can be reached by phone or in person, but check-in is entirely contactless via an emailed access code - confirm this code before arrival to avoid delays, especially for late arrivals. The building has a lift, key card access, and CCTV. Luggage storage is available at no charge. On each floor, free washing machines and tumble dryers are available for guest use. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request for families. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, and JCB. Smoking is not permitted inside, but designated smoking areas are available. The property accepts all major credit cards and is non-smoking throughout.
