The hotel is directly adjacent to the U4 metro line (station: Meidling Hauptstraße), providing a 10-minute ride to Karlsplatz in the city centre. It is a 14-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace and 2 km from Schönbrunner Gardens. The surrounding area includes a shopping mall with a supermarket, several restaurants, and a minimarket on site. Vienna International Airport is 17 km away; public transport connections via metro and CAT train are straightforward. Paid on-site underground parking is available at 25 EUR per night, with a cheaper public garage opposite the hotel. The building also houses an ice-skating rink nearby. While the location is excellent for public transport, the walk to the historic centre is quite far, making metro use essential for city sightseeing.

Rooms are available as double/twin rooms (with or without a queen bed) and quadruple family rooms with two bunk beds (each bed 140x160 cm). All rooms include air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, a hairdryer, hypoallergenic bedding, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV. Quadruple rooms have bunk beds with individual lights and plugs. The air conditioning system is limited to a +/- 3°C adjustment and may not provide strong cooling in summer. Rooms on higher floors offer good city views and are generally quiet due to soundproofing, though the corridor and door noise can be audible. The overall feel is efficient and minimal, suitable for short stays where the room is used mainly for sleeping.

The on-site H2Hub restaurant serves European cuisine for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, and hot options such as scrambled eggs. The breakfast is generally described as good and varied, but during peak times (especially after 09:00) the restaurant can become crowded and seating may be limited. A minimarket on site offers convenience items, and the attached shopping mall includes a supermarket as well as several nearby restaurants within 0.5 km. The breakfast buffet does not change daily and is considered adequate but not extensive. Guests wanting hot water or tea/coffee in their room will need to purchase it from the restaurant or bring their own.

The hotel does not feature a pool, spa, gym, sauna, or jacuzzi. For leisure, the nearby Schönbrunner Gardens (2 km) and the Schönbrunn Palace grounds offer extensive walking and sightseeing options.
