RESIDE CRAFTSMAN LOS ANGELES, A WYNDHAM RESIDENCE, Los Angeles

The property sits in the city centre, an 18-minute walk from Microsoft Theater and 2 km from Crypto.com Arena. Union Station is 3 km away, California Science Center 6 km, and Los Angeles International Airport 22 km. The area is close to public transport (bus and Metro), with the nearest station a few blocks away. While the location is convenient for exploring the city and accessing major venues, the surrounding streets have a notable homeless population and can feel unsafe after dark. On-site security staff are present and help maintain a safe environment inside the building. Several cafés, Whole Foods, and casual dining options are within a 5-minute walk.

The apartments are roomy with high ceilings and an modern industrial style. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and coffee/tea maker), a private bathroom with bath and shower, a seating area, and a dining table. The sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Rooms are air-conditioned with heating, and have blackout curtains. Rooms facing the street can experience significant traffic and siren noise; upper-floor units away from the road are quieter. Some units have concrete floors with rugs. The bed is comfortable, though one review noted the advertised queen bed feels smaller. The property feels secure with coded entry and lift access.

The property offers a 24-hour front desk, on-site security, and CCTV in common areas. Lift access is available, and express check-in/out is done via a mobile app. Luggage storage is provided free of charge and can be used after checkout. A business centre is available for free. Daily housekeeping is not automatic - it must be requested at reception. Laundry service and in-unit washer/dryer are included. Parking is available at nearby paid lots (no on-site parking, no reservation, no in-and-out). Pets are allowed with additional charges.
