Room types include studio suites, one-bedroom queen suites, and king suites (premium higher-floor rooms). Each unit has air conditioning, heating, carpeted floors, ironing facilities, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Kitchens come with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, tea/coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The one-bedroom queen suite sleeps up to 3 with a sofa bed; the bathroom opens into the living room area. King suites offer additional space and are located on upper floors. Most queen suites are on floors 1-4. Superior room categories include NYC View and Harbor View options. Cribs are available on request. Note that rear-facing rooms are exposed to light rail noise and early-morning tram activity; rooms near the lobby or elevator can also be disruptive. Beds are comfortable, though some find the mattresses softer than average. No rooms have a balcony. Storage is adequate, with wardrobes and kitchen cabinets.

Guests can prepare meals using the provided stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The on-site convenience store stocks groceries, snacks, and drinks, and a snack bar offers grab-and-go items.
