Vienna International Airport is 19 km away - take the S7 train to Praterstern (U1 line), then a 12-minute walk or switch to U2 at Praterstern. The U2 Messe-Prater station is a 3-minute walk, and several bus stops are nearby. The area feels safe and is well served by restaurants, including L'Osteria (5-minute walk) and a McDonald's by the station. A shopping mall is two metro stops away. Note that walking to the very centre takes 30-40 minutes.

Rooms are generally clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains that support a good night's sleep. All rooms feature a private bathroom with walk-in shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board. Soundproof walls reduce street noise, but the corridor door-slamming and noise from the Prater amusement park can be heard if the window is left open - rooms on the park side are more affected. A communal fridge at reception can store items on request. For light sleepers, a room away from the elevators and the Prater-facing side is recommended.
