Located in the Dejvice district of Prague 6, the hotel offers an exceptionally quiet setting while keeping public transport links within a short walk. The metro station (line A) is 300 metres away, giving direct connections to the historic centre in about 20 minutes. A tram stop is 300 metres from the hotel, and the airport bus 119 stops at Nádraží Veleslavín - the journey to the airport takes about 15 minutes. Prague Castle is a 30-minute walk or a short tram ride. The neighbourhood includes a Billa supermarket, KFC, and Pizza Hut within a 10-minute walk, plus several local restaurants within 0.5-2 km. The hotel is well placed for travellers needing easy airport access or a convenient base for exploring the city by public transport.

Rooms are compact but generally clean, with a simple, functional style. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, hairdryer, and free toiletries (shower gel only; shampoo may not be provided). There is no kettle, refrigerator, or air conditioning in any room. The family suite offers a separate living area and can accommodate up to two adults and one child using the existing bedding; children aged 0-2 do not need an extra bed. Sound insulation is very poor - hallway noise, neighbouring conversations, and showers are clearly audible. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, especially with windows open. The triple room adds a sofa bed which is narrower and less comfortable than the main beds. Rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter. Daily cleaning is provided. No rooms have a balcony.

Ballon restaurant seats up to 120 people and offers a varied menu of Czech and international dishes for lunch and dinner. An adjacent lounge bar is open for drinks and cocktails. The summer terrace is a pleasant spot for dining in good weather. Breakfast is a buffet style with bread, cold cuts, eggs, cheese, cereals, fruit, and hot drinks. The selection is fairly basic and may feel limited; some hot items are available but eggs may come at an extra charge. A takeaway breakfast can be arranged with prior notice for early departures. The restaurant also offers a children's buffet and can accommodate special dietary requests. Several other dining options - including a KFC, Pizza Hut, and local restaurants - are within a 5-10 minute walk.
