The location is ideal for sightseeing, with Old Town Square and Prague Astronomical Clock also within easy walking distance. The area is quiet yet close to the bustle, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within a 5-minute walk. Public transport is easily accessible: a metro station is about a 5-minute walk away, and tram lines run nearby for quick access to the castle and other areas. Vaclav Havel Airport is 12 km away, reachable by taxi, pre-booked shuttle, or public transport. Those arriving by car should be aware that parking is in public street zones and must be reserved in advance.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 at a cost of €12 per person. The spread is extensive and well-regarded, with a buffet of cold items such as breads, meats, cheeses, smoothies, and yoghurts, complemented by six choices of hot dishes made fresh. Vegetarian options are also available. In the evenings, the breakfast room transforms into a wine bar offering a selection of wines, food, and a complimentary welcome drink for guests. The wine bar has a lively but not disruptive atmosphere; rooms above it remain quiet, though light sleepers may prefer a room away from the bar area. Several restaurants are located within a 2-minute walk, giving additional dining choice.

Internet access is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is complimentary and allows for a hassle-free arrival or departure day. The hotel offers laundry and ironing services for a fee. The 24-hour reception staff are knowledgeable and helpful, providing local tips and booking services. A safety deposit box is available in the room, and key card access, CCTV, and smoke alarms are in place for security. The hotel provides fax/photocopying for business needs. Car hire and public transport tickets can be arranged. The shuttle service covers airport and train station transfers at fixed rates (€36 from the airport, €15 from the main train station for up to 4 people, cash only). Minibar items are paid but the fridge can be used for personal items.
