The property sits on a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood, 350 metres from the Heineken Experience. Museum Square (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum) is under 10 minutes on foot. The tram stop at Weteringcircuit (180 m) provides direct 15-minute connections to Amsterdam Central Station and RAI Conference Centre. Metro station Vijzelgracht (line M52) is 3-4 minutes away, offering two stops to Central Station. A supermarket, several restaurants, and bars are within a few minutes' walk. The area is safe and well connected for car-free exploration.

Rooms include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Room sizes are compact, with limited storage - no wardrobe, only a small table and open shelving. Double rooms offer an inner-courtyard view; some rooms are on the souterrain (basement) level, which may have no opening windows and less natural light. The staircase is steep and narrow; carrying large luggage can be challenging, though staff may assist. Sound insulation is limited, so street-facing rooms or those near reception can be noisier. Beds are comfortable with duvets. No air conditioning; heating is available. Rooms are cleaned on request only.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. During reception hours (08:00-23:00), guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, plus hot water. A vending machine offers snacks and drinks at fair prices.
