Euphemia offers different room types, from small double rooms to rooms for two, three, four, and five people. Rooms range in size from 16 to 24 m2. All private rooms include a private bathroom. Two rooms have a private bathroom in the hallway. Rooms include old yellow and gray tiles, linoleum floors, and wet room-style showers with plastic curtains. A small bar of soap is provided. Four- and five-person rooms provide towels at the reception for €2 each. Rooms feature heating and carpeted floors. Private four-person rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Note that all rooms are reachable via stairs.

The hotel's location is convenient for visiting main attractions on foot. The Weteringcircuit tram stop provides links to Central Station and Dam Square. To reach the hotel from Schiphol Plaza, take the bus outside the arrival hall. From Sloterdijk, take the train to Central Station or Tram 19 (direction Diemen Sniep) to Vijzelgracht. Guests are advised to park at a Park & Ride and take public transport to the hotel. Central Station is 1.8 km away.
