SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT TAMPA WESTSHORE AIRPORT, Tampa

The hotel is situated in the Westshore business district, offering convenient access to corporate offices like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Gerdau Ameristeel. Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is nearby, making it practical for event attendees. The hotel is close to Tampa International Airport, and the free shuttle service simplifies air travel. Several dining options, including Royal Orchid Bar & Grill and Waffle House, are within a 0.5 km walk. The surrounding area is a mix of commercial and airport-related businesses.

The suites are designed with a combined living and sleeping area, featuring a sofa bed, work desk, and a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker. The rooms are notably spacious, accommodating families of four comfortably. However, the layout is open with the TV positioned in a way that can be awkward for viewing from both the living and sleeping areas. Some rooms may have dim lighting, and the air conditioning unit can be loud, which may affect light sleepers. Room servicing is provided every other day.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 10 USD and includes a buffet with hot items, cereal, pastries, and beverages. The breakfast features options like eggs and sausage, and a kid-friendly buffet. However, the selection is typical for an American hotel buffet and can be repetitive. Guests with early flights should note that breakfast service starts between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. Several restaurants, such as Tony's Restaurant and Maggiano's Little Italy, are within walking distance for other meal options.

The outdoor pool is heated and open all year, with a hot tub for relaxation. Both are well-maintained with towels provided. A fitness centre is available for guests. There is also a sun terrace and a shared lounge/TV area. Bicycle rental is offered for exploring the area.

The free airport shuttle service is available for pick-up and drop-off. On-site parking costs US$12 per day with no reservation needed. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out and free luggage storage. Other services include laundry, a business centre with meeting facilities, and safety deposit boxes. The property is fully air-conditioned, with a lift and facilities for disabled guests. Pets are allowed with possible charges.
