SPRINGHILL SUITES NASHVILLE METROCENTER, Nashville

The hotel sits in the MetroCenter area, a 5-10 minute drive to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Walking downtown is not practical; Uber rides take about 8-10 minutes. Several fast-food restaurants (Taco Bell, McDonald's, Subway) are within 0.5 km. The airport is 18 km away. On-site parking is available for $15 per day, but security in the lot has been a concern in the past.

Suites come with one King bed or two Queen beds plus a pull-out sofa, ideal for families. Each room includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a work desk. The sofa bed bedding may need to be requested as separate twin or full-size linens - confirm at check-in. While rooms are spacious and generally clean, some older fixtures and occasional cleanliness oversights (mold, stains) have been noted. For quieter stays, request a room away from high-traffic areas; upper-floor rooms can be noisier due to paper-thin ceilings. Elevator reliability is inconsistent, so a lower floor is recommended for convenience.

Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, chicken nuggets, biscuits, waffles, cereal, fruit, and pastries. While many find it satisfying, items can run out or not be replenished promptly during peak hours, especially when large groups are staying. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but a snack bar sells drinks and light bites. Several fast-food chains (Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's) are within a 5-minute walk for other meal options.

The hotel provides a business centre with fax/photocopying, express check-in/out, and a minimarket on site. Laundry services (dry cleaning and self-service at an additional charge) are available; some guests report the self-service machines being out of order. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible rooms, grab rails, Braille signage, and a lift. Parking costs US$15 per day. The front desk staff, particularly Desarea, are frequently highlighted for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Luggage storage is offered before check-in or after checkout. No pets are allowed.
