STAYBRIDGE SUITES INDIANAPOLIS DOWNTOWN-CONVENTION CENTER BY IHG, Indianapolis

The Staybridge Suites sits directly opposite Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, making it an ideal base for game days and concerts. The Indiana Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse are within a 10-minute walk. Downtown restaurants such as Slippery Noodle Inn and St. Elmo Steak House are about 1 km away. The Indianapolis Zoo is a 5-minute drive, and the Children's Museum is 10-15 minutes by car. Free on-site shuttle service helps cover longer distances, but the walkable downtown core means many attractions are accessible on foot.

Room types include studios, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites, some with two-level layouts and two bathrooms. Each suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, cookware, utensils) and tea/coffee facilities. Most guests find the beds comfortable, though a few note the mattresses can feel firm. The decor is practical but occasionally described as dated, with some rooms showing wear such as slow drains or peeling paint. For a quieter stay, choose a room on a higher floor away from the elevator. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and carpeted floors.

Breakfast offers a rotating selection of hot items like eggs, sausage, and waffles, alongside cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and breads. While many guests find it satisfying and well-stocked, the quality is described as typical for a hotel of this category. The Monday-Wednesday social hour provides a more substantial meal - often burgers, hot dogs, salad, and beer or wine - at no extra cost. For other meals, the in-suite kitchen is ideal for self-catering, and several restaurants are within a short walk. There is no on-site restaurant or room service beyond the breakfast and social hours.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and public areas. A complimentary shuttle service operates within a limited area - check the front desk for routes and hours. Parking costs $25 per night (no reservation possible) and is available on a first-come, first-served basis in a surface lot or a nearby garage. Pets are allowed with a one-time fee. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, though some inconsistencies in cleaning have been reported; for specific requests, contact the front desk. Additional services include a business centre, express check-in/out, concierge, and complimentary laundry facilities. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.
