STAY UNIQUE APARTMENTS RAMBLA CATALUNYA, Barcelona

The apartments sit on Rambla de Catalunya, directly behind Casa Batlló near the junction with Avinguda Diagonal. Passeig de Gràcia metro station (line L3) is a 3-4 minute walk, providing direct access to landmarks like the Gothic Quarter, Park Güell, and Barceloneta beach. Numerous bars, restaurants, and shops are within a 2-minute walk. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are 5 minutes on foot. The excellent walkability makes car use unnecessary for most visitors.

Each apartment includes a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided. Some units feature a balcony with direct views of the rear of Casa Batlló and occasionally Sagrada Familia. The building has a modern lift. The apartments are described as clean, quiet, and comfortable despite being centrally located. Rooms facing the street may have more ambient city noise but offer the best views. Studio layouts are compact; one- and two-bedroom apartments are more spacious and better suited for families or groups.

Leisure activities are limited to the apartment's location. Guests can explore the surrounding area on foot, with many attractions, shops, and nightlife options directly accessible. The building's location behind Casa Batlló places it near many cultural landmarks. No on-site leisure facilities are offered beyond the apartment itself.
