Some rooms have a balcony with an inner courtyard or street view. Interior-facing rooms have a window overlooking a lightwell, which can feel dark and may have limited ventilation - suitable for budget stays but not for those who need natural light. Room sizes vary: some are compact, while others are more spacious. Beds are comfortable, and daily housekeeping is provided. Note that some rooms above the ground-floor bar may experience noise from the street, and a few rooms have shared balconies between adjacent rooms. The property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. However, the surrounding area is full of dining options within 0.5 km, including Hawker 45, Bruc33Tapas, Casa Alfonso, Goiko, Musarel.la, and Cats Restaurant. Several cafes and bakeries are directly below the building, making it easy to grab coffee and a pastry in the morning. For those who prefer a fuller meal, the neighbourhood offers a wide range of cuisines. This setup suits guests who enjoy exploring local food rather than dining in.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for 50€ one-way (max 4 people) or 95€ round-trip. Luggage storage is available at the reception (Via Laietana 71, 2o) until 16:00 on check-in and check-out days.
