The hostel is situated on Avinguda Diagonal, a major boulevard providing excellent public transport links. Diagonal Metro station is a short walk away, and buses to the city centre take about 15 minutes. The safe, central neighbourhood offers numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Barcelona city centre and many attractions are within a 30-minute walk or a short metro ride. The beach is about 15 minutes by taxi, and the airport is a 35-minute taxi ride.

Rooms range from shared dorms (some female-only) to private doubles and triples. Private bathrooms are available in some rooms, while others share well-maintained individual-use bathrooms. Beds vary in comfort, with some being hard or squeaky. Many rooms are compact and functional, best suited for budget-conscious travellers who plan to spend most of their time out. A TV and locker are provided in private rooms; lockers are also available in dormitories. Rooms with a balcony or views of the avenue are possible but subject to availability.

The hostel does not have its own restaurant, but the well-equipped shared kitchen - with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, and utensils - is available for preparing meals. Free coffee, tea, and popcorn are offered. The neighbourhood around the hostel contains a wide variety of restaurants, including Casa Jordi, Cuore, and Patron, all within a 5-10 minute walk.
