STELLA NUOVA FIRENZE, Florence

Located in a quiet residential area just outside the ZTL, the apartment is a 15-minute walk to the main train station and about 20-25 minutes to the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The flat, non-cobblestone route makes it easy to wheel suitcases. A bus stop is 5-10 minutes away for quick access to the historic core. Nearby conveniences include a Carrefour Express supermarket, a launderette, and several restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk. Florence Airport is 8 km away.

Choose between two layouts: a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the garden, or a 3-bedroom unit with a quiet street view. Both include a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker). Every room has individual air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The apartments are newly refurbished, clean, and bright, with large wardrobes and comfortable beds. The 2-bedroom unit is ideal for 2-4 people; the 3-bedroom for up to 6. Note that the property is on the first floor with no lift.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all essential cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. A Carrefour Express is within walking distance for groceries. There is also a wide choice of nearby restaurants and cafés - including I' Ripiglino, Zushi, and Bar San Jacopino - all within a 5-minute stroll. Breakfast basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, and salt are provided on arrival.

Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Self check-in is straightforward with a code sent before arrival; late arrivals are accommodated. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Housekeeping can be arranged on request during your stay. The building has key card access and CCTV in common areas. There is no on-site parking, but a paid public garage (Garage Porte Nuove) is 100 metres away. The apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
