Double, twin/double, and triple rooms are available. Rooms with a private bathroom include a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms with a shared bathroom have access to a separate, lockable bathroom shared with a limited number of rooms - typically one other room. Some rooms include a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Road-facing rooms have soundproofed windows that block street noise effectively, but noise from internal corridors and bathrooms (thin doors, slamming) can be audible. Rooms are on the first floor, there is no elevator. The property's age is reflected in the decor, but cleanliness is maintained to a high standard.

Breakfast is included but is very simple - soluble coffee, tea bags, and dry packaged goods; it is not replenished daily. For a more substantial meal, there is a 24/7 café on the ground floor and several restaurants within a 0.5 km radius, including Italian, sushi, and burger options. A Carrefour Express is a 5-minute walk away for self-catering supplies. Rooms with a kitchenette allow independent meal preparation.

WiFi is free and reliable. Luggage can be left in the room from 12:00 (room may not yet be clean). Check-in is contactless via codes sent by message. Daily cleaning includes emptying bins and tidying; towel changes are available on request and may carry a charge. The host communicates via phone and apps and is generally responsive. No parking, no elevator, and no pets. Security features include key access, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and CCTV in common areas.
