Florence airport is 8 km away; take the T2 tram to the Belfiore stop (3-minute walk from the B&B) for a 30-minute ride. Bus stops are right outside. Fortezza da Basso is a 15-minute walk, Santa Maria Novella is 2 km, and Palazzo Vecchio is an 18-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with a supermarket nearby and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Street parking on blue lines is available (paid) without ZTL restrictions.

All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, flat-screen TV with streaming services, wardrobe, free toiletries, bathrobes, and hairdryer. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains. Chianti has a double and a single bed; an adjoining Baratti room (two twin beds) can be added, making it suitable for families or groups of four. The external private bathrooms are just a few steps down the hallway, a practical setup that does not inconvenience most guests. The property is on the ground floor and has a small garden with outdoor furniture.
