This historic building places you within easy walking distance of major sights: the Colosseum is about 12 minutes on foot, Trevi Fountain 15-20 minutes, and the Pantheon 25 minutes. Cavour metro station (Line B) is a 5-minute walk, linking directly to Termini and the Vatican area. The neighborhood is filled with bars, trattorias, and gelaterias yet remains quiet at night. For airport access, Rome Ciampino is 14 km away - a paid shuttle can be arranged, or you can take the train from Termini. The central location allows you to return to the apartment easily during the day, making it ideal for sightseeing on foot.

The apartment sleeps up to three people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The two sleeping areas are not fully separated, so the layout suits families or close groups best. The bathroom features a walk-in shower - compact but functional. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, ideal for self-catering. Air conditioning keeps both rooms cool, and the terrace offers outdoor seating with garden furniture. Natural light comes from the terrace door and a bathroom window; the ground floor stays cool but can feel slightly darker. The bed is comfortable, and welcome gifts such as water, coffee, and Prosecco add a thoughtful touch. The apartment is on the ground floor with lift access.

The property does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchenette. A coffee shop within the building offers drinks and light bites. The surrounding Monti district is packed with dining options - from casual pizzerias to fine trattorias - all within a 5-minute walk. A minimarket is also on site for groceries. Many visitors appreciate the Nespresso machine and the welcome hamper of drinks and cookies.

WiFi is fast enough for 4K streaming and video calls - free throughout the apartment. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an extra cost; request it after booking. Luggage storage is available near the apartment, allowing you to explore before check-in or after check-out. Private check-in and key access ensure a smooth arrival. The building has a lift, and the apartment is wheelchair-accessible (ground floor). Other services include a safety deposit box, lockers, and a minimarket on site. Pets are not allowed, and the entire property is non-smoking. The host communicates promptly and is known for going above and beyond to assist.
