The surrounding area is vibrant with traditional souks, abra stations, and local eateries. However, the location can be busy, and the ground-floor nightclub generates noise that may affect lower-floor rooms. The creek view from higher floors is a strong asset.

Room categories include twin/double rooms (with 1-3 beds) and suites with separate living areas. All have private bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Premier rooms have fixed windows that do not open; other rooms may have openable windows. Rooms on higher floors (above the 6th) are quieter and offer better views, while lower floors may experience noise from the nightclub. Some rooms may retain cigarette odour if previously used as smoking rooms. Bathrooms are functional but may show signs of age (e.g., slow drains, old fixtures). Daily housekeeping is provided. No balconies.
