Orly Airport is 16 km from the apartment; the paid shuttle service provides direct transfers. An ice-skating rink and boating opportunities are available in the surrounding area. The staircase within the building is steep, narrow and old, and the entrance hall is dark with uneven flooring - plan to use the shuttle or walk rather than a personal vehicle, as parking is not available.

The studio unit has one bed and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The well-fitted kitchenette includes a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and kitchenware. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, work desk, ironing facilities, wardrobe, tumble dryer, parquet floors and heating. The bathroom door does not close fully - a partial sliding panel that reduces privacy. Towels and toilet paper are provided in very limited supply for the length of stay. The building is old and the entrance area is dark, with uneven floors and a narrow spiral staircase of 99 steps (6 flights) with no lift. The unit has quiet street views. Smoking is not permitted.

The studio does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. The kitchenette allows self-catering with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and cookware. Several eateries are within a short walk including Le Potager du Marais (0.5 km), Le Hangar (0.5 km), Cote Sushi (0.5 km), Berko (0.5 km), Le Ruisseau (0.5 km), Georges (0.5 km), and L'as du Fallafel (0.5 km). Guests wanting a cooked breakfast or full restaurant meal will need to arrange this outside the property.
