The studio sits in the heart of the Latin Quarter, one of Paris's most vibrant and historic neighbourhoods. Odeon metro station is 50 m from the doorstep, providing direct access to lines 4 and 10, while RER B (within a short walk) connects directly to both CDG and Orly airports. Gare de Lyon station is 13 minutes away by bus (63) or 15 minutes by RER (lines A and B). Major landmarks such as Sainte-Chapelle, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre Museum are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Luxembourg Gardens (700 m) and the Rodin Museum are also nearby. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and cafés, including La Petite Hostellerie and Bouillon Racine within 0.5 km. A Franprix supermarket with a bakery is opposite the building, and an ice-skating rink is within walking distance. The location is safe and very accessible on foot, making a car unnecessary.

The studio is situated on the ground floor of a historic building, offering parquet floors and a quiet inner-courtyard view. The sleeping area features one double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, and a washing machine - a practical bonus for longer stays. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV with streaming services, soundproof walls, a dressing area, a dining table, and heating. The studio has been recently renovated and includes fast free Wi-Fi. While compact, it is spacious enough for a couple or a small family, and the courtyard-facing position ensures a very quiet stay despite the central location.
