The hotel sits in the lively Montparnasse district, 250 metres from the Montparnasse Tower and just a 2-minute walk from Vavin Metro Station (Line 4), providing direct access to Gare de l'Est, the Saint-Michel area, and major sights like the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes by metro). Port Royal RER B station is a 7-minute walk, offering a direct train from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and a supermarket across the street, making it easy to dine and shop without travelling far. The Luxembourg Gardens are within easy walking distance. While the location is a major asset, the surrounding streets can be noisy at night due to nearby bars and clubs, which may affect light sleepers.

Each room is individually decorated with modern photography and includes air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Rooms offer either street or courtyard views. The top-floor suite provides more space with an armchair. Rooms are on the smaller side (some around 10 m2) and are best suited for solo travellers or couples without much luggage. Bed sizes may consist of two single beds pushed together. Soundproofing is limited, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the street can be an issue. Courtyard rooms are quieter. Some rooms show signs of wear and dated fixtures; bathroom size and condition vary.

A continental-style buffet breakfast is served every morning in the basement breakfast room (no natural light) at an additional charge of 11 EUR per person. The buffet includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and other continental items. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding Montparnasse area offers numerous cafés, brasseries, and restaurants within a short walk, including La Rotonde and Le Select. There is a supermarket directly across the street for snacks and drinks.
