HOTEL JENNER, Paris

Situated in a quiet, safe residential area in the 13th arrondissement, the hotel is 1 km from AccorHotels Arena and 2 km from Opéra Bastille - both walkable. Orly Airport is 12 km away. The immediate surroundings include supermarkets, bakeries, and a variety of restaurants such as Sukoshi, Delfino, and Comptoir Vietnam, all within a 500-metre walk. The metro line 6 provides direct, car-free access to major tourist sights and city centre locations.

Double rooms offer one bed; twin rooms have two beds and can be requested with a shower or bathtub. Quadruple rooms include a shower only. Room sizes vary - some are compact, and some have limited natural light. Rooms on the inner courtyard tend to be noticeably quieter; road-facing rooms may have more outside noise. Some rooms have been renovated and are described as clean and well-equipped, while others show signs of wear. The parquet flooring and basic decor give a practical feel. The building has no lift, and upper-floor rooms are reached by a steep staircase.

The hotel offers no dedicated leisure facilities. The shared lounge/TV area and an internal courtyard provide relaxation spaces. For wet-weather or evening downtime, the courtyard offers a quiet place to sit. The property's central location makes it practical for walking to AccorHotels Arena or Opéra Bastille for events.
