The immediate area is lively with buskers, outdoor dining, and a constant flow of people. Figtree's Café & Grill is on-site, and within a 5-minute walk you'll find Candle Cafe & Grill, Venice Beach Bar, Dune Venice, and The Rose Venice. Walking to Abbott Kinney Boulevard-full of shops and cafes-takes about 15 minutes. The Santa Monica Pier is also reachable via a pleasant 30-minute beachfront walk or a short bike ride. No airport shuttle is available, but the property's boardwalk location makes car-free exploration easy for those staying within the Venice Beach area.

Accommodations range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all featuring a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a dining table.
