The walk from the metro to the hotel passes through a less polished part of the neighbourhood, and the street can feel quiet at night. For trips to the airport or city centre, the paid shuttle service or car hire can be arranged; the metro is the most direct public transport option. Given the limited parking, using public transport or ride-hailing is the most practical way to reach the property.

Rooms are compact and designed for short stays, with a focus on the in-room hot tub and BDSM-themed equipment such as a swing, restraints, and play accessories. The superior double rooms include a fireplace and a larger hot tub.
