Puerta del Sol is a 4-minute walk, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace are about 10 minutes on foot, and Retiro Park and the Prado Museum are under 20 minutes away. Two metro stations (Gran Via and Callao) are within a few minutes' walk, providing direct connections across the city. The surrounding area is packed with shops, restaurants, and entertainment, including El Corte Inglés department store just 300 metres away and numerous eateries within a 5-minute radius.

Room types include private doubles, twins, triples, quadruples, and shared dorms, plus spacious suites and apartments with separate living areas, kitchenettes, and washing machines. All rooms come with linen, towels, and free Wi-Fi. Some units have private balconies or roof terrace access. However, room sizes vary significantly - some are compact - and soundproofing can be poor, with noise from corridors and street traffic. Rooms facing inner courtyards may hear air conditioning units. Double windows are fitted in some rooms to reduce outside noise.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve meals. Instead, guests can use the shared kitchen and lounge equipped with basic appliances for preparing simple food and hot drinks.
