Shinjuku-sanchome Station (metro) is a 5-minute walk, while JR Shinjuku Station is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Taiso-ji Temple is 3 minutes away, and Tenryu-ji Temple is 500 metres. For airport transfers, Haneda Airport is 22 km away (about a 60-minute taxi ride). The immediate area is lively at night, so rooms facing the street may carry ambient noise, while the VIP suites in the basement are quieter.

Standard double rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproof walls, a sofa, tiled floors, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The private bathroom includes a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Some rooms have windows; others do not - this can affect natural light and ventilation. Larger suites offer more space, a separate living room, a king-sized bed, a washing machine, a tea and coffee maker, and additional amenities like a hair straightener. VIP and Executive suites are particularly spacious for Tokyo and may include a karaoke machine, a high-end music system, and a TV over the bathtub. Rooms are smoking only; the strong scent may linger even with air purifiers.

The main recreational value is the hotel's location in Shinjuku's gay district and nightlife hub, with many bars, clubs, karaoke lounges, and entertainment venues at the doorstep. For daytime leisure, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a 10-15 minute walk. The VIP suites feature private karaoke systems for in-room entertainment.
