The hotel is on a quiet street in the Otsuka neighbourhood, within walking distance of Ikebukuro (about 27 minutes on foot). Eight restaurants and chains (including Matsuya, ramen, and sushi options) are within 300 metres. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart), a Don Quijote, a Starbucks, and a supermarket are all within a few minutes' walk. Miyanaka Park and Shusseinari Shrine are each less than 1 km away. Haneda Airport is 26 km from the hotel. The nearest tram stop is also nearby, complementing the Yamanote Line for car-free city travel.

Rooms are compact but clean and well-equipped. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath and shower, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and soundproof walls. Double beds are 140-150 cm wide and 180 cm long; bunk beds are 75 cm wide and 180 cm long. Rooms include a trouser press, slippers, pajamas, and a selection of toiletries. Pillows can be exchanged at the lobby for a different firmness. Some rooms have a washing machine inside the room. Air conditioning and heating are available. There are no balconies.

Breakfast is included for all guests and includes hot Japanese dishes such as miso soup, corn chowder, braised vegetables, and a rotating selection of items that changes daily.
