The location also provides easy access to quieter side streets for those who prefer a less intense atmosphere.

Rooms are notably spacious for Tokyo, with four- and six-bed dormitories and private rooms for two or six. Each bed has privacy curtains, and the mattresses are comfortable. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, and a refrigerator. Shared bathrooms provide a shower, hairdryer, slippers, and basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste. Sound insulation between rooms is minimal, and noise from nearby bars and other guests can be noticeable, especially on lower floors. Some rooms have broken bed slats, and a few mattresses may be lumpy. The property underwent a renovation in late 2024 following a fire, so the condition of individual rooms may vary.
