The guest house sits on the first and fourth floors of a historic building overlooking an archaeological area. Most top sights are reachable on foot within 30 minutes. Bus stops and tram lines are immediately outside, providing quick connections to Termini station and both airports (bus 8 to Roma Trastevere station for a direct 27-minute train to Fiumicino). The surrounding area is dense with restaurants, shops, and a minimarket in the adjacent building. The property is on a busy pedestrian square, so road-facing rooms experience street noise from traffic and trams until late evening.

Room sizes vary and some are compact. All have air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, parquet flooring, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The building has a lift but only starting from the first floor (ground floor level requires carrying luggage up one flight). Twin beds are available upon request, but there are no connecting rooms. Bed firmness varies: some mattresses are notably soft and may feel worn, while others are comfortable. The double glazing reduces but does not eliminate street noise; rooms facing the pedestrian square or busy streets can be loud. Rooms away from the street are quieter. No rooms have a balcony. Daily housekeeping is included.

Breakfast is set up in a shared kitchen and is available from around 8:00 AM. The selection typically includes packaged meats, sliced bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and a coffee machine. Bottled water is freely available. The kitchen remains open all day and evening, allowing guests to prepare simple meals. The property has no restaurant or bar. Special diet menus can be requested in advance. Around the property there are numerous cafés and restaurants within a short walk (Pizza Florida, Panepiu Bistrot, Rossopomodoro, and many others within 300 metres).
