The hostel is set in the Esquilino district, a 14-minute walk from Termini Station and a 17-minute walk from the Colosseum. Manzoni Metro Station (Line A) is 4 minutes away on foot, providing a direct connection to Rome's major landmarks. A supermarket open seven days a week and numerous restaurants are located directly across the street, with additional dining options within a 300-meter radius. The street itself tends to have vehicle and foot traffic at night. The property's location is rated highly for its convenience, with the area towards the Colosseum feeling more lively. The tram stop and bus lines nearby offer alternative ways to get around without a car.

All rooms come with a private bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink, soap). Each bed is equipped with a personal reading lamp, a USB and USB-C port, and a secure locker. Lockers vary in size - smaller ones fit a 30 cm suitcase or a backpack, while larger suitcases (e.g. 70L) may not fit and must be left in the room. Rooms are arranged as dorms with 3, 4, or 8 beds. The 3-bed dorms are considered more spacious and quieter, providing a greater sense of privacy. Air conditioning and heating are available and function well, helping maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Some rooms have a balcony. The lack of curtains around beds means room lighting levels can affect sleep. Mattresses and pillows are widely described as comfortable. Rooms are located on upper floors with no elevator.

The hostel does not have a restaurant or bar. However, there is a well-equipped shared kitchen with utensils, dishes, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a stove. Breakfast is not provided. The supermarket directly across the street and the many restaurants within a short walk (including pizza, Korean, and Italian options) make self-catering and eating out convenient. The kitchen is also available for preparing meals, and the shared lounge and courtyard offer spaces to eat.

There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. Leisure facilities consist of a comfortable shared lounge with a TV and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor courtyard with tables and seating that serves as the designated smoking area. A shared lounge/TV area is also available. The hostel does not organize planned events or activities, but the communal spaces encourage social interaction. A couple of guitars are available for guests to play in the lobby.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the entire property. The 24-hour reception provides round-the-clock access, security, and assistance. Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Lockers are provided in every room; padlocks can be rented at reception if guests do not have their own. Laundry service is available upon request. Air conditioning, heating, and a shared kitchen are free to use. The hostel accepts Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard. No airport shuttle is available. The building entrance requires a ring of the doorbell for access at all hours. Towels are not included but can be rented for €2.
