Surf and Sand, BW Signature Collection is a two-minute walk from the beach and adjacent to Fort Clinch State Park, offering hiking and biking trails. Salt Life Food Shack and a Circle K are immediately next door. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach, Amelia River Cruises, and the Amelia Island Museum of History are a 5-minute drive (approximately 3 km). Jacksonville International Airport is 44 km away. A park with a basketball court is across the street. The location is walkable for dining and beach access, and parking on-site costs $12-$16 per day. Complimentary bicycles are available for exploring the area without a car.

Suites feature either a king bed or two queen beds plus a sofa bed, seating area, desk, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with bath/shower.
