SWEET SEVILLA HOSTEL, Seville

The hostel sits on a calm street yet is within a 3-minute walk of Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, and a range of tapas bars and shops. Triana Bridge is 8 minutes on foot, and the Royal Alcázar is less than 10 minutes away. The area is highly walkable; public transport is convenient with the tram stop at Plaza Nueva offering cheap city access, and the airport bus stop is nearby. Several supermarkets (Spar Express, La Flor de Azahar) are within a 2-minute walk. Parking is off-site at the Saba Plaza Concordia garage (5-10 minutes walk, ~€35/day, pre-booking required) as the immediate area is car-restricted.

Dormitories (mixed or female-only) have bunk beds with privacy curtains, personal reading light, USB and electrical sockets, and a large locker with key for each guest. The female-only dorms include an exclusive private bathroom. Room dimensions are compact and some dorm rooms face internal common areas, making noise from the kitchen and entrance possible. Air conditioning is available in all rooms but the thermostat control is centralised; remote controls are available from reception during opening hours. Some dorms near the ground floor can experience street noise and early morning light as window coverings are absent. The private double room on the second floor features a small terrace with city views, a private bathroom with shower, and a dining area; these rooms are more spacious and quieter. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out.

The hostel does not offer breakfast or any meal service, but the shared kitchen is large and exceptionally well-equipped with two fridges, two ovens, a hob, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. There is a dining table and a communal living area. Around the property, numerous tapas bars, restaurants (e.g., El Mirador de Sevilla, Maria Luisa Restaurante, Seis, Torres y Garcia), and a supermarket are within 0.5 km. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is available at the hostel but stock is limited.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or on-site leisure amenities. The city surroundings offer kayaking and canoeing in the nearby Guadalquivir river. The hostel is within easy walking distance of major cultural sites: the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Santa Cruz neighbourhood, and the Triana district. The common living area offers a relaxed space for socialising.

Internet is free and reliable throughout the building, with a designated quiet remote working space on the first floor (table, chairs, good natural light). Reception is open from until 21:00; after-hours access is via a digital code sent after online check-in. The property provides free luggage storage, free lockers (with key) in the rooms, and a paid airport shuttle (€30-35 each way, bookable any time).
