The hostal sits on a quiet pedestrian street in the historic Santa Cruz district, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda. All major attractions are reachable on foot, and the area is dense with tapas bars, cafes, and flamenco venues. Public transport is accessible, but walking is the best way to explore. The nearest parking is about eight minutes away at Cano y Cueto or Parking Roma, costing roughly 25€ per day. The location is exceptionally central yet the immediate street remains relatively quiet, though the flamenco bar below can produce noise until late evening.

All rooms are en-suite with private bathrooms. Bedding varies: some rooms have double beds, others singles. The furnishings are modest; some rooms are compact and dated, while others are more spacious. Noise insulation is limited - street-facing rooms and those near the flamenco bar can be very loud, while rooms on the interior patio are quieter but may lack natural light. There is no lift, and rooms are on the first to third floors (no ground floor). Staff can help with luggage. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, free toiletries, and free Wi-Fi. Daily housekeeping is provided. Note that there is no fridge, safe, kettle, or balcony. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from the street and flamenco area is advisable.
