IBIS SEVILLA, Seville

Situated in an industrial zone at the northeastern edge of Seville, the hotel is well placed for motorway access and airport connectivity. The nearest bus stop (services 28 to the city centre and EA to the airport) is a 3-minute walk. The city's Conference and Exhibition Centre is a 5-minute drive away, and Santa Justa railway station is 2 km from the property. Nearby dining options include Restaurante La Despensa de Calonge (0.5 km) and several other restaurants within a short walk. The Isla Mágica theme park is 5 km away, reachable via bus 28 and then bus 2. The area is quiet at night but the walk from the bus stop may feel dark; buses run regularly until late.

Rooms are compact and utilitarian, featuring parquet flooring, soundproofed windows, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Bed configurations include double or twin options; some rooms also have a single bed for a third person. The air conditioning can be noisy, and rooms facing the main road may experience traffic noise. There is no mini-fridge, no safe, and limited power sockets near the bed. Ground-floor rooms have a patio, but no rooms have a balcony. The hotel provides daily housekeeping free of charge. For a quieter stay, request a room on the upper floor or away from the motorway.

For leisure, the hotel offers a garden and a sun terrace, suitable for lounging in good weather. The shared lounge area has a TV and comfortable seating. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, allowing guests to explore the local area or cycle into the city centre. There is no spa, gym, or swimming pool.

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, free express check-in/out, and free luggage storage - convenient for late arrivals or early departures. Daily housekeeping is included, and additional laundry services (ironing, dry cleaning, full laundry) are available for a fee. Business facilities include fax/photocopying. Safety features include CCTV, fire extinguishers, and key card access. A safe deposit box is offered free of charge. The property has a lift and is equipped for disabled guests (accessible parking, adapted rooms). Car hire can be arranged at the reception. Private underground parking costs €6 per night; limited free street parking is also available. Pets are accepted for a flat €15 fee.
