SWEETT - PAVILLON LUMIERE, Paris

The immediate vicinity offers a wide range of bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. A tram stop is directly on the boulevard in front of some units. The metro (about 300-400 meters) and tram provide direct access to the city centre, Notre Dame (4 km), Orsay Museum (4 km), and Gare du Nord (about 25 minutes by metro). Paris-Orly Airport is 11 km away. While the area is safe and well-connected, some apartments face a very busy boulevard with tramlines, which means significant street noise until late at night and resuming early morning - light sleepers should avoid road-facing rooms.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, stovetop, toaster, kitchenware, tea/coffee maker) and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Units include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, and a seating area. Convertible sofas are available in all apartments. Some units include a patio or garden. The property has no lift and some apartments are accessed by stairs. A significant number of apartments are situated on a very busy boulevard with a tramline just a few yards away, resulting in considerable noise until around 1:30 AM and resuming before 6:30 AM; road-facing rooms are not recommended for light sleepers. Some rooms have limited or no windows, and in some units the only toilet is located in a living-room-style enclosure. The beds are generally comfortable, though some units have a loft bed accessible by a near-vertical ladder, making it unsuitable for older travellers.

The property does not have a restaurant or spa. Breakfast is not available at the hotel, but the surrounding area provides an excellent selection of bakeries, cafés and restaurants within a short walk (e.g. La Bouffarde, Les Vendanges, Delices d'Orleans, and L'Olivier Restaurant, all within 0.5 km). The kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware for self-catering.

There are no leisure facilities on-site such as a pool, spa, gym or sauna. The apartments themselves may provide a private patio or courtyard for relaxation in some units, but no dedicated recreational areas are available.

The property has no on-site reception or staff; all communication is via an online portal. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra charge. Free luggage storage is provided at a central location. A shuttle service is available upon request for an additional cost. Parking is not available on-site but there are paid parking options nearby (such as Parking Zenpark Cité Blanche). Payment can be made with American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. There is no lift in the building. Cots are available, and the property is smoke-free throughout.
