Chinatown, Bintang Walk and the Petronas Twin Towers are within a 5-minute drive. The hotel is also close to Dataran Merdeka, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and the Masjid India shopping area. Several cafes and restaurants (The Foodies Cafe, Coliseum Cafe, Restoran Jai Hind) are within a 5-minute walk. Note that there is no dedicated hotel parking - a private paid car park is adjacent, accessible via the back lane and charged separately.

Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a parquet floor. Hairdryers are available on request at reception. The standard room has no window and feels compact - some have described the experience as cave-like. For natural light and an external view, choose a superior room (overlooking Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman or Jalan Raja Laut). There are no rooms with a balcony. Family rooms in the Premium category are more spacious. The building and some furniture are older, and the lift is small (capacity roughly two adults with luggage) and may feel unpredictable. Rooms are generally clean but may benefit from requesting a non-smoking room if you are sensitive to smoke smell.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant and does not serve breakfast. There are numerous dining options within 300 to 500 metres on foot, including The Foodies Cafe, Coliseum Cafe, Restoran Jai Hind, Kababish BBQ Restaurant, Saravana Bhavan, and FS Nasi Kandar Corner.
