The central daytime and nightlife energy means street noise can carry into the building.

Room options include double, twin, family and private dormitory rooms, all with a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Standard rooms are very tight for two people and have minimal luggage space; Deluxe rooms are more spacious, and family rooms sleep up to three. Rooms with a window feel brighter and less enclosed, while some rooms have no window at all. Air-conditioning units can be noisy, shower pressure is sometimes weak, and housekeeping and linen freshness are inconsistent, with pest control also inconsistent in some rooms. It is worth checking bedding on arrival and asking reception for replacements if needed. There is no fridge, balcony or connecting rooms, the TV is not a smart TV, and rooms use Type G sockets without USB ports.

There is no restaurant or on-site dining, and breakfast is not included in room rates. A breakfast voucher can be bought at the reception counter and used at WOLO Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The in-house Camera Museum is on the second floor and free to enter. The collection includes cameras dating back to the 1930s, displayed in a restored building that mixes retro and modern design, and the space works well for photography-oriented visits. Bukit Bintang's shopping, nightlife and dining are immediately outside. There is no swimming pool and no spa or wellness facility on the property, so this is not a resort-style wellness destination; it is a city base with a distinctive leisure attraction.

Valet service costs RM10 per entry, and Lot 10 offers a flat RM15 per-entry rate with validation for those arriving by car. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas, though in-room connectivity can be inconsistent. The 24-hour front desk holds luggage before check-in or after check-out and can arrange replacement water, toiletries or linen. Room servicing is not automatic, so requests go through the front desk. On-site security staff assist with door access, but the elevator is not restricted by keycard. There is no airport shuttle.
