TERMINAL GUEST HOUST 2, Rome

The address is in the city centre, and the property is less than 1 km from Santa Maria Maggiore. Termini station gives direct access to Roma Tiburtina, Fiumicino Airport by train, and Ciampino Airport (14 km away) by shuttle or taxi. Sapienza University and Piazza Barberini are within walking distance. The immediate area has multiple restaurants, supermarkets, and a lively street atmosphere. The building itself is an older apartment complex; the entrance and hallways may appear less maintained. The neighbourhood is well-connected but can feel less secure after dark, so staying on main, well-lit streets is recommended.

The property offers double rooms and larger rooms that can accommodate up to four people. Each room has a private bathroom. The furniture is old and often shows wear, with broken fittings, cracked walls, and dirty linens being common. Air conditioning and heating may stop working. The bathroom, made of flimsy drywall, can produce sewer smells and has a faulty flush system that takes hours to refill after a single use. Windows offer little soundproofing, making street noise - including garbage collection in the early hours - clearly audible. Rooms are better suited for a short emergency stopover rather than a comfortable stay. Those sensitive to noise, dust, or inconsistent facilities would be better served by a standard hotel.
